When it comes to a fish for the table, a good ' Last rites' priest is an absolute must for the swiftest of dispatches. I came across this beauty the other day while roaming the local markets. Hand turned and made from spalted beech and mahogany it is perfectly weighted and just to right length.
The spalting in the beech is a striking force of nature doing its stuff... amazing what a couple of years can do to you if you fall over.
